Payoneer can be used. A number of forum members already use it.

No. Treat it like a bank. Use real details

Nothing is COMPLETELY safe - how much money are you wanting to run through it? Payoneer can be ok for small amounts sub500 under stealth name

You are not going to be able to put that volume of $ though a newly purchased stealth account. Its just asking for trouble.

I don't think it will be possible to use Payoneer then as Paypal withdrawals and Payoneer name need to match up.

Yes, people have used this method....burned out, is there any specific reason you want to the hardest route possible?

What do you mean burned out?, what is so complicated about the fact that it makes no sense to me to have a linked bank account with a stealth with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? it doesn't make sense to me.

And could someone please give me a viable solution instead of telling me no that doesn't work...oh that doesn't work either, then what does work outside of the obvious like a bank wire.

To go stealth, you are going to need to select a few different options to get your own funds.

You have to try to avoid methods that have a high rate of getting accounts limited by paypal.

In the early days you may even be only able to get funds via the new bank account you would attach to your stealth account.

paypal are not going to trust new accounts. That is nearly written in stone.
Since you have already gone thro' limitations with them, a new start might be better with a regular bank account & merchant account.
Are your sales for both on and off ebay?

Problematic for stealth since SSN is often requested
