French Paypal

I have heard if you open a French Paypal, there are no limits because of a legal situation within the country.

Anybody heard of this?

The £1900 limit is an EU wide law, not a domestic one.

I have few french accounts,the paypal still has EU limit,just it set at 2500 EUR

French ebay however dosent has seller limits,but for first 3 months you can only sell on EBAY.fr whichs a pretty useless market (much lower sold rate than ebay.uk)...

It is untrue that there are no limits OP. Might as well test it out on your end too - worth a shot but sales are at a lower rate.

can't you use the FR market and then make the listings show on ebay.com though?

I tested this, 2 years ago it works but not anymore.Ebay revised their searching system,when you list on ebay.fr its "French" in language and it won't show in any english site even you filled the title in english.Just won't show.
