 Updating bank details on Paypal
I tired to update the bank details for my sisters paypal which i use sometimes i was going to add mine on
Paypal wanted to send me a text but unfortunately my sisters number had changed so i went on to update the details
Soon after i tried to update the bank details and Paypal wont have it.Prior to changing the telephone number it did allow them but i had to opt to receive a phone call or text.none of these options are appearing anymore
Anyone advise
