Default Relatively new but low DSR

Hi,
I am relatively new to eBay. Been selling since the beginning of this year and my DSR for the United States just went below standard (With 4 "1-2stars for Item not described). I've checked my sales trend and notice that I am significantly improving, month by month

January = 40 Sales and 1 bad DSR
Febuaru = 50 Sales and 1 Bad DSR
March = 98 Sales and 1 Bad DSR
April = 120 Sales and 1 Bad DSR

Because of my latest DSR it puts me below 1% requirement and puts me at risk for the United States.. However else where I am above standard / Top rated seller.

I fear that eBay my suspend me for my newbie act at the beginning, and I started to just use thank you notes which have proven to improve my feedback ratings significantly.

I also notice that people must be giving me good comments but then can also give me low DSR rating.

But overall, I am thinking of ways to improve myself to get better ratings and better DSR, yet with this below standard rating I just received I am worried it would get me suspended and I really want to use eBay as a good source of income..

What can I do, to improve?

Why are you getting so many for item not as described??? You need to fix your listings, you need more information so that you can stop these low DSRs , once the account falls below standard it's pretty much finished

Go back and if you now the listings that keep getting the low DSRs find out what buyers are having trouble with, your listing is obvious describing one thing and you are sending out something different

Your getting a lot of low DSR for item not described there.

Need to address what is causing that.

I would also get another few stealth accounts going just to head off any potential restrictions

Try put as much information as possible about your products in the listing.

Even if your item is damaged you need to say that. Cover yourself in ALL areas
or this shall keep happening.

Very true. Depends on what you sell. Sometimes adding lots of detailed photos, measurements, etc. It is all very subjective. But the better you describe and present your item the less likely of getting hit with low DSRs.

Really am I finished like that? No chance what's so ever, even if it's just a bit over 1%?

I asked ebay staff on what to do, but their response says my current standing is in a good position and probably didn't check my projected seller level. And another told me that I would have a few months to improve it before I get a low dsr..

I can see improvement in the account and I get less low dsr per transaction (well I haven't got a low dsr since for ind).

I'm thinking of selling my items dirt cheap in the us store only to the us residence only in order to dilute the low dsr out.. Would that work.?

Also,

My seller dashboard for the last 12 months gives me an average of

Item as described: 4.8/5 with 643 Number of ratings
Communication: 4.9/5 with 636 Number of ratings
Postage time 4.9/5 with 641 Number of ratings
Postage and handing charges 5.0/5 with 675 Number of ratings.

Does that even play a role? It feels really insignificant and unimportant to the culling of the sellers..
