Stealth account and the 1099-K form

Good day guys,

My Amazon account got suspended today :(. But luckily I found this great site, and I have been reading heavily for the last couple hours on to create a ghost account. However, I do remember after completing over 50 transactions Amazon Prompted me to provide my 1099-K tax form before I could resume selling.

My questions is what do one provide when faced with that request using their ghost account.

Yes, you can get an EIN from the IRS website in minutes. You don't have to actually get your LLC for awhile. Make sure the account is going to stick first

But even with an EIN # You still have to input your real name and address.
Will that be a problem for a stealth acc?
