/end | Not true at all. Basically for stealth it is a warning that you account is getting up there on the 20k/200 Transaction limit. You need to get a spreadsheet going. Go through your PayPal sales reports and figure out where you stand.
This is why you want to run multiple stealth accounts especially in the US. Personally spread sales out over the year on each stealth account and now shut them down at about 190 Payments Received Via PP. Probably less if you want to play it safe.
If you do not respond and get limited for not providing a Tax ID. PayPal has not limited you account in the past and held the money for 180 days. They have simply locked your account from receiving anymore payments. The past few years they have reinstated some of these accounts the next year late Jan/Feb. I would not take the gamble ever again and get in that predicament.
You need to build a portfolio of stealth's. Always have much more on the sideline ready to go.
