Hello after 15 years and 20.000 positives and 3 millions $ ON sales for e bay got suspended because some Chinese buyers who want to send items back after they copied them and I disagree now don't know were to begin want to purchase another e bay account and PayPal that someone posted in the forum how to go about it please advise thank you
