Default PP gives message to block payment for orders

On my new stealth for EB & PP, its payment source is a business account. It was working fine for about 2 months and dozens of orders placed without problem.

Then suddenly, I get the message from PP "we cannot process payment at this time. If this is persistent please contact PayPal for further assistance." Anyone know if this is a temporary problem, or I need to call in to PP to explain my account ?

**its tied to a real business account so name mismatch shouldn't be the problem.
**is there an invisible limit placed by PP that blocks your payments for buying orders? if you buy too often or something?

UPDATE:


This is a < 1 month old new buyer's acct . . .

seems a "Soft Hold" was put on the buyer acct by PP. I had 2 open cases as a buyer, closed one, with over 15 purchases totaling more than $1000. Seems over the 1 grand pt then PP puts a soft hold so you need to wait ?

Anyone else experience this on a new EB account when trying to purchase via PP ? I waited about 4 days or so including the weekend and it finally went through . .
