1) is there a way to block local buyers with ebay?

2) if i block an ebay across my accounts, will they know. IE, will the see my items and not be able to bid or will be not let the blocked buyer see my items?

1) No you can only block specific user ids. You can specify NO COLLECTION on your listings though.

2) They will still see the item but when they try to bid on it they will be informed that they can't.

Local people are a pain. Most of them are broke want the item for half price and want to waster your time fingering you product.

Anyone who asks me about local pickup I block. If they message me afterwards, knock on wood it hasn't happened in a long time. I always tell them I was in a middle of a move and live in a new place etc. For stealth accounts it usually on target for where they are registered at and where I drop packages off at.

I hate making stuff up. But most of my products are $50 or less. It isn't worth my time to meet these people even if so. I decided about 5 years ago I would never do it again.
