Default What route should I go?

So I am going to give another go at a stealth account. I have heard conflicting theory since I have found this great site. I could one use a friends address or 2 Use my po box. I like the idea of being able to receive mail. Is anyone considering it risky to not be able to pick up mail? I wont be able verify SSN with PP so the account wont last to long.

I would go the PO box route as long as it has not been burned previously with other accounts. Being able to get mail is always a plus when you can.

I'd second the Po box.

It gives you a lot more control and much less questions from your friends.

BUt do try to use the physical address of the box .

I have not used any PO Boxes, but I think I am on the verge of getting one. I have used friends addresses, with them having full knowledge of it and them possibly not being able to open a new EB account with the same address. And I have used random addresses like the local MickyDs or Tire Shop or Gas Station etc etc. With both accessible and unaccessible addresses, I usually allow my customers to just keep the item if there is an issue with it. But, at times, I wish I had the peace of mind knowing that I had access to all my stealth addresses if needed.

If I go with the po box what is the scope on DBA's? Can I Get a DBA of anther person? if so how does that work? Do I bring in documentation saying im doing business as another person. I have not registered yet so I could use any name or business if that is whats needed.

That seems to be a dumb question now. I have a key and I bought the big box so most packages wont be sent to the counter were I may require an ID.

The physical address of the box? do you mean leave the PO part out of it?

PO Box works.

As for providing SSN and such...it is still possible to operate several stealth pp's...spread sales...to avoid triggering the request for SSN...

If you have the chance get a ups mailbox. It comes up as a suite not po box. eBay sees it as a apt. In your name. Also after a while it comes up in public records search. Also previous address never used work very good to and can use own name.
