This limitation isn't just for international selling, its called a 21 day hold and happens even when selling domestically.

90 days since the first sale, 25 feedbacks, good DSR's or more than £150 in sales.

If it's cash flow that is an issue try and get a credit card to purchase stock and then you won't ever have any downtime as you won't need to wait for funds. Some accounts won't have holds when opened but can be put on the account at any time.

I guess the OP is not talking about money holded by Paypal. He means that a new seller cannot sell on international market unless he has 10 positive feedbacks and a 90 days old account from first sale.

there is no method for that I think it is a matter of *luck*
Sometimes you open an account and there are no limits... just like that.

I´m from Portugal, there is no Portuguese Ebay website and I intend to open an account on Ebay.com
Will I be able to sell internationally before I have 10 positive feedbacks?

Thanks!

Offtopic but... 21 hold limit stays until you have either 25 feedbacks or more than £150 in sales? If you don't hit those numbers, then you just need to wait for 90 days?

Even when holds are taken off...they can be replaced any time, keep that in mind

So I need all three?
1)Sell £150 worth of stuff
2)Have 25 transactions
AND
3) wait for 90 days?

I've not had an account at this stage for a while now, can't even remember the times!
