Default First item sold on new account

Hello I sold an iphone on my new ebay account and am already having a problem. Someone bought a phone using BIN 270(auction started at 170 no reserve). I looked at the buyers feedback and the buyer has 11 positive feedback. The newest feedback was today where the buy had previously tried to buy same phone and the person who sold that phone had left feedback stating that the buyer(same buyer I am dealing with now) potential fraud makes order than stated that she had her account hacked.

I asked about it and she stated that it was a misunderstanding of purches price and validation(what ever that means)about 5 mins later I got a message stating I'm so sorry about what the seller had said. "My account actually was accessed by one of my friends earlier and she sent a message that was nasty, which was very unacceptable. Everything is okay on this end though. The seller was very rude and snotty to us. We appreciate you! " (for some reason the we appreciate you is super shady to me). I also message the person who left the feedback and got this the buyer purchased a iphone5 from me today then sent me a email saying it was ordered fraudulently an to cancel. then starts swearing at me about the transaction. then 1 hour later says everything is ok an to ship it saying her friend ordered it on her computer.

after I refunded the money then she say she wants it and gona make a report. since ebay doesn't allow negative feedback for buyers I decided to leave it that way to warn buyers. I reported this member for swearing at me on emails. DO NOT TRUST SEEMS LIKE A SCAMMER. I REFUNDED THERE MONEY NOT LOOKING TO BECOME A VICTIM OF A EBUYER. And he sends another two screenshots where the buyer said " as I said just send me the damn phone I told you I was hacked. Don't talk to me like that" (now I am leaning toward the buyer. I noticed the don't talk to me like that.) and of **** is not weird enough I get another message from the person that sold the phone to my buyer that shows a screen shot of a long message from the person who bought my phone basiy stating that their mom is sick and needs phone for travels.

But this message is in a different format from other screenshot only showing who the message is from and it's in a different program and only shows ebay inbox but has responded to button. Now my mind is blown and have no idea what to think so I call ebay. I ask if there is anyway to make sure the account is not hacked. Then I get some forign bull that I can hardly understand and don't even no if rep understands question. But I do hear this is covered by seller protection. So I call pp and ask same question(I love pp reps so helpful) she says she will get on the other line and call the owner of account. She does and no answer but then I hear again this is covered by pp seller protection.

What do you guys think. I have sold over a couple thousand items through all my account(thanks to people of this forum) and am pretty good at making right decision. Can count on 2 hands or less the number of times I have been ripped off. I might just be parinoid about be targeted cuz of the new account. Has anyone had expirence on with seller protection. Never had to use it. Leaning to the fact that buyer found my item right after and it was cheaper and was saying account was hacked to get out of pAying...but that don't explain the who mother sick thing. (Also for some reason trust ebay and pp even less than these two shady people)

I think I understood the OP refunded the buyer their money back.

@OP, just move on. Let these people go onto another scam with someone else. Block them if you want. Just move on.

Not a good choice to list an ipone as 1st item.

Scam material.

Enough said.
