try to sell on ebay but Unable to process the Information provided

My ebay seller account was suspended recently. I have another idle account with great number of feedback and it was still alive. I haven't use that account for selling for a long time and the credit card registered has expired.
Now I try to use it. But to be safe, I changed the register address to a different name and address. I then used a debit card with the exactly same name and address. However, I always got

Credit or Debit Card Number- Unable to process the information provided.Please contact eBay customer support

What could be the cause? Did changing the register info flagged the account? What should I do to pass this step?

Could be many things, but these accounts are no doubt already linked from years ago....If it was me, I'd call them up and see what they say,because it's probably dead....In the meantime, I'd be making new stealth accounts asap...sounds like you're going to need them.

I have used these account for purchase for many times recently and there is no issue. I just didn't use it for selling (so the card on file has expired)

I don't understand if the accounts are linked why some of accounts get killed but this one is not.

It appears to me creating new fresh account is more dangerous to suspension than using old account with long history. Just wonder if someone has experience ?

I'm sorry to tell you this, but long history means NOTHING to ebay when t comes to kicking you off...I know that defies common sense, but it is ebay reality. Even limited accounts can still buy......but most likely, when you go to sell on that account, it's going to go down quickly. The point o f making new accounts, is to NOT use any of your old information that will link you.

But, just from your last sentence, I can see that you don;t quite understand the principles behind stealth....buy the guide....
