ebay stealth with paypal business acct.

Hello guys,
Please i need help with this, i got an eBay Stealth account and am wondering if it is wise to link my paypal business account with it? My paypal business account got all the details of my suspended ebay account on it,can that link my new stealth account?

Everything has to be new, including paypal.

Do not do it as you will create a link.
