How to register a real paypal from individual to private company?

Hello guys,
I would like to register a real paypal account from individual to private company.
The reason is : I want to appear that company name on the bank transfers. Paypal is in Bulgaria -EU the bank as well.
Do you know ,if paypal will ask for some documents, certificates, receipts etc or just what is the procedure?

paypal can ask in any country for paperwork.

Has your name be used on paypal before? That might be a problem now.
