I'm a Kenyan Powerseller on ebay US. Received two mc999s and would like to play it safe from now on. I joined this forum to to avoid suspensions by ebay and a/c limitations by paypal. been trying to figure out whether stealth guide will be relevant to me given my location(Africa). lots of shared IP addresses here, no Dedicated IP addresses. does that make it better?

If IP is an issue, go with a solid VPN service than. Don't cheap out and get a proxy IP, those don't work. And yes the strategies in the guide will help you out.
