not a limit, just a routine verification i guess.

trying to send a $8 payment. tried different amounts and that doesn't work as well.

a virtual one which has expired...

even this being said, virtual numbers wont accept the call that paypal sends out.

Yeah most services dont work anymore pp wants a landline. Pp wants to send you a text or phone call?
