Not sure about the address,VPS and phone number

I was reading a lot about stealth accounts but still not sure about couple of things.

1) How do i choose the right address? how can i be 100% sure the address im taking is not already in use?

2)I should buy tracfone number that will show im from the exact area of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and VPS?

3) Where can i buy the best VPS service?

4) What's the chances that i'll be asked to verify my identity, and if i do, im f*ed right? then i'll need to pay for another credit card,phone and vps?

Please help me im in huge debts, I really need to get back selling on eBay. (I had a user with more then 1k feedback and 97% positive)

1) You have to press your luck. Increase your odds by thinking what others are doing and try to do things differently.

2) you want the area code to be around the address

3) theres a bunch on the web. dont just choose any cheap vps.

4) how you create and sell on your accounts will determine whether you will have to get verified or not. no you aren't f*ed if you are asked to verify. there are others who was successful.

First of all, thanks a lot for your time and sorry for my English :\

1) Everyone probably taking random addresses, i'll try go with poor neighbors or neighbors with a lot of old people, can i open on some sports club or some offices?

2) I need to know exactly how far i can go with the address,ip and phone number. Lets asume im from Melbourne, is it good if i take ip,address and phone from melbourne area but they will be like 2 hours from each other?
how can i know how far i can go?

3)Can you recommend someone? 15$ is a good price for Australian VPS?
do they have access to my vps and they can see what im selling?



4)If i cant use tacfone from AU, what should i use? can someone recommend something? i saw some burn application or google voice...

What you have done is to mix US stealth with Australian stealth.

Does not quite work like that. We dont have tracfones here.(sadly)....

Were you suspended before on ebay?

I was suspended in Israel but i already used my address in Australia to order stuff so i cant use it again.(or maybe i can?)
So what can i use if its not tracfone?

I understand you are in a lot of debt.

Theres really only three options from how i see it.

eB stealth requires you to:
1) have money up front to expedite the process or
2)invest a lot of your time in researching and learning how to do everything for yourself or
3)mix options 1 and 2. Find out what you are able to do yourself and what you need to delegate to others.

I did option 3 until i was able to learn how to do it all myself. Everything I learned I found on the internet. Everything I use to create accounts i get it online except for the VCC which I get from my sister since she works at a bank. Thanks sis!

When I can't get an to answer my questions or can't find the answers to my questions I set out to test my theory to find out for myself. I discovered a lot about what works and what doesn't mainly through searching/researching and the rest was actual testing. If i can find all this on the internet so can anyone else.

My recommendation is write down all your questions and start searching for answers. When they conflict test test test

For exchange i can offer my time because i cant spend money right now.
All i need to know is
1)Whats the best way to pick up an address?

3)In what radius should be all my information, i mean can my ip,address and phone be in the same city but like 2-3 hours from each other?
