Making a new account using family member's info

I recently got the BanHammer from ebay (It was because my percentage of "Not as described" was 5.13%, and ebay's limit is 5%, )
My brother is allowing me to make a new account under his name

-I am moving to a new place (New IP, new address)
-New User account
-New Mac Address

So I should be all set making this account (technically not even a "stealth account" as all info is legit, only I'll be using the account instead of my brother)

Do I have anything to worry about (something I may have overlooked) that will cause my brother's account to be restricted?

As you will read in the comments to come....everyone, including me, will advise you from using any family or friends info....there is NO reason to...there are only down sides to it.... also, you need new paypal, new bank account etc. etc.

Don't use anyone's real information. There is no need to and doing so will only cause you heartache if anything goes south and their credit is destroyed or if there are other problems. Even with the best of intentions, these things happen.

Please take the time to read the forum a bit. Many post about this.

And the horror stories of the past in doing so.

Many have lost friends, family members etc over using their info when you do not need to.

Why risk their name?

- learn more about stealth by reading around - don't use family's information.

Many posts will show you how to make accounts in stealth names and info
