Default item removed

Hi

First post, great website. Just got 1 question.

I've had a item removed and the usual warnings of if I do it again I could get into more trouble etc.

Just wondering what the chances are of actually getting banned if I reword it etc are?

Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

A lot seems to depend on what you are selling. I dont expect you to say what it is but not much advice can be given without knowing.

High risk?

What were the items removed for Dan,
Trademark Violation?

As a general Rule I would say not to repost the item immediately after it has been taken down.

Instead find out why, Wait a while then look to re-word relist if that is what you want to do.

Medical. I'm selling e cigarettes etc so yeah high risk lol. Not relisted that 1 in particular but just have 'no nicotine etc etc' in all other listings.

Kind of funny that the 'dry herb' vaporizers are fine to list but not anything for nicotine lol.

Very very VERY risky category.

Found it to be down to the whims of ebay if listings survive.

Can you look at other items?

I would suggest that as a precaution for keeping the account alive.

Yeah I'm looking, don't have much listed atm, mostly only vaguely linked to e cigarettes.
Didn't even realise that they were against the rules when I started, checked the drugs rules etc but didn't notice they had it all covered in tobacco.
I had my listings limits increased a couple of weeks ago, seems they just ban whoever they don't like the look of
