can i make a verified paypal acct with adding an entropay card and confirming the two deposits or i have to have a bank acct to verify my paypal acct

how to get around the fact you need to have a verified paypal acct before u can list an item for sale on ebay.

Q1: Need to add a Bank Account/VBA to be Fully Verified, CC/EntroPay will only Confirm the Paypal.

Q2: Just add a VBA/Bank Account (I would go with a VBA 1st)

Bank account verifies paypal

Credit card confirms paypal.

Both are needed.

Possibly going to be a new and hot topic. Users are saying they are in fact getting 0/0 limits with new accounts if no paypal.

here is what you do.

1. get a brand new bank acc. no vba they take to long and a waste of time. just go and open a new bank acc. i have about 9 bank acc. also you will need a new cell phone so you can add it to paypal. just get a track phone there 10.00 with 10 free mins.

2. get a vanilla visa gift card. 25 or 50 or 100. only get these. if you need help just ask

Why do you need Credit Card to confirm Paypal??? I think just need Bank for verify. Credit card can use to lift withdraw more $500 per month.
