Buyer Question with Regards to Refunds

I am both a seller and a buyer on ebay, and I operate several stealth accounts.

I recently purchased an item for $2300 and paid for it via paypal guest checkout with my credit card. I received the item and it is not as described. If I open a dispute with ebay and return the item with tracking, will they just issue a reversal with my credit card company?

Or will it be difficult for me to get a refund because I didn't use paypal?

You used Paypal, you just aren't registered with it. I think you should open a dispute with eBay first and see where it goes. eBay doesn't say you need to have a paypal account, just that you need to pay with PP.

yes guest checkout is still paypal.

If the money came out your card and the payment gets refunded or reversed then yes it will go straight back on your card.

It always gets sent back to the funding source.
