new pp shipping option

Noticed on pp the option to pay for shipping right away or pay for it later when your funds for the item clears. not sure if this is new or not but first time ever seen this option

It's been like this a couple years, but I think if you just have a verified paypal , which means you attached a bank account to paypal , and if you have not at a CC or Debit card than this option is not given

LOL, I use this on ALL my shippings.....I prefer to pay for shipping later.

It is a nice way of not trying to dip into funds until cleared
