payoneer USPS problem

I received my payoneer card last week and received 2 small deposit from paypal to link it with my stealth account, then I wired 200$ to the card, waited for almost one week and today I log in to my payoneer, it says they rejected the payment and closed the USPS service.

Great… now I have 3 payoneer cards, both misname and both got closed USPS, what to do??? Anyone had the same issues? Each paypal account has more than 1K $, terrible...

my real information… is that correct? I thought here we say mismatch name is fine with payoneer, but looks it only works for the first 1 or 2 times, then bammmm…
