paypal documents

Hi
I have been having an ongoing battle with PayPal. They have asked for invoices from my supplier, their contact details and the last 10 tracking # of sales I had made. They said my invoices were not valid because they were not from the 'name' supplier.
I would normally say goodbye to this a/c but it has accumalated quite a bit of money.(my bad )
PayPal seem to be scrutinising this a/c, are they more picky in Aus because it has such a smaller population?
They are quite happy with my business documents, id & address etc but how can I get around this invoice.
Also if it is a no win situation and they keep the money-what do they do with it-can I tell them it must go to charity?

Two hopes and both are no hope.

paypal will retain your funds for their most favourite charity, THEMSELVES.

Thanks greenbean-they have completely shut me down-that is four paypal accounts and now have over $1k in their greedy little pockets that is mine.
Have now ended all my ebay items, going to have to start again,
They will not beat me!

Before starting again, address the issue of invoices carefully.

Avoid having too high an amount in any paypal ( ever).

Keep in mind the anti-money laundering issues as well.

What do you mean they were not from the "name" supplier?

if your supplier is from some chinese seller off dhgate then paypal will not like it as it is known to paypal that most of the suppliers off sites like DHgate sell counterfeit products. So it might not be your invoice being invalid. it might just be that paypal thinks your supplier sells counterfeits.

what was paypal's response. can you post their response on here? cos i don't think you are explaining the reason why it was invalid correctly.

btw. their reply on why they deemed it as invalid would be a huge clue for you and how to fix it.
