Sooooo I shouldn't use a real perosn's name?
I did it before with a totally ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and they said they could not find me on database and had to fax in documents
I used some random guy's name and address that I found online
Paypal is verified w/ real bank acc and has cc
Ebay acc was 2 weeks old
the name does not matter too much but the address needs to be valid for sure. If you called and failed the security questions move on, there are methods. I used to call a company or visit a site that asks these kinds of questions and write down all the multiple choice they gave me and than saved that info for paypal or ebay it works not all the time but works!
There is another way I use but I cannot disclose it openly feel free to pm me!
Here's a suggestion:
If you can figure out how people are selling accounts with increased selling limits you will have your answer. We all know majority of the time newly created accounts only start with a selling limit of 10/1000 or less.
That's what I want to know. I had no problem creating a bunch of selling accounts last year but now I'm getting the 0/0 when attempting to create new ones.

Smart legwork - risky to use all this kind of real info but, since you did, it's smart to try and get advance info recon-style
Well - example of what happened to OP - "Are you related to Bruce Lee?" - those are questions that are weird, out-of-the-blue that can be asked when real info is used...I'm just pointing it out.
Also a chance that the real info is attached to a REAL pp account
