Default Question regarding Withdrawals through Bank of America

Hello! I use Bank of America (USA) on my stealth accounts, and typically get deposits 2 days after place the withdrawal. For example, if I withdrawal on Monday, I normally have the funds in my account on Wednesday morning.

The question I have, is I have heard that Bank of America is one of the few banks to process ACH deposits on Saturdays. So, if I placed a withdrawal request earlier today (Thursday), will I receive the funds Saturday? Or not until
Monday. Oddly this is the first time I've withdrawn on Thursday (I know on Fridays I do not get the funds until Monday)

Thanks!

I have used bank of America for a while on my paypal accounts. I used to withdraw for example on Thursday and i would receive it on Saturday. However recently for some reasons i stopped receiving deposits on a weekend. it could be only for me but it seems like they stopped processing on weekends.

I have also noticed that it depends on the time of day. For instance, if you do make a PP w/d on thursday evening, it would actually be more like you requested the w/d on friday. This isnt with BoA, but with other banks that I have used.

Yes i have the same experience with my other banks as well. Its best to withdraw funds early in the morning and you most likely would receive it on a weekend.

Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. My experience from this is I just try to get everything done as early in the morning as possible. In my case, it needed to happen before noon, then it seems to work.

The cutoff time for PayPal withdrawals is 5 or 6 pm pacific time in the U.S. You have the 24 hour hold then it is sent for deposit to the bank. If you wait until after the cutoff time it delays thing until the next day.

So I had placed two withdrawals on Thursday. One at about 3:30 PM EST, one at 4:40 PM EST. On Friday at about 3:30 PM EST the first one changed to 'Completed' and I received the deposit this morning. However, the second deposit, which was "withdrawn" via PayPal on Thursday just an hour after the first, still says 'Pending' and I did not receive it today.

Is that normal?
