Buy foreign currency using PayPal?

I have funds in a few PayPal accounts which I do not want to go through bank accounts for various reasons. Most of my PayPal accounts have limits removed so transferring isn't a problem but I don't want it to show in a bank account in my name

Question is, can I buy Euros or USD using PayPal? Or is there a pre payment card I could use?
