Ok, not sure if this is true or not. You guys know how much I love unpaid item assistant, once it opens, buyers can't leave negative unless they actually pay. I know that if they are new, they can't leave negative either. Lets just say I did some black hat stuff that's how I know. But what about seasoned buyers? Those with like 2 or 3 feedbacks? Can they leave negative if they don't pay before the unpaid item assistant kicks in? I set mine 2 days until unpaid item assistant kicks in.

Seasoned buyers can leave negative feedback the moment they win the item (unless they have to "Pay upon buying it now" kind of option). This is abusive to the seller and annoying.

From what I have seen, it's not really the feedbacks that determine whether they can leave a feedback right away...it's the amount of time since account was created. People can wait with 0 feedback accounts for weeks....if you follow what I mean

age is more of a factor.

Ok, then I feel I did the right thing kicked off 2 bidders, both with 0 feedback, both do not have that little glowing star next to their screen name. The accts were made in 2013

Smart move glacier - for my bigger auctions, I try my best to follow the last moments so that these kind of bidders don't win.

Here's the thing.

You as the seller control what happens with the account.

If you have to set barriers or whatever else you want to call them, that is what you do.

Operate to keep control as much as you can.

Simples.
