Paypal to Paypal transfer

Hi guys, i've been using a friends ebay/paypal account which he very kindly donated as he barely uses.
I'm also using my account.

All done the right way, using separate wifi/different laptops.

I've been using it for the past few weeks with everything going good.
So basically all sales are on his ebay and funds are going to his paypal.

Is it safe to transfer money from his paypal account to my paypal account.
Reason i ask is that his paypal has hardly any activity and my paypal is linked to my ebay account (which isn't restricted but has some policy breaches on there)...would this arouse suspicion with ebay/paypal?

Also, i'm in a different country than my friend, hence why he can't just draw the cash out and give it to me in person.

It's what i suspected, just wanted to make sure.

Another couple of quick questions if you'd be so kind to help.

There's not a big amount from sales in his paypal account at the moment (maybe $200), what's the safest amount to transfer to his bank and how frequent should i transfer, e.g. $30 one day then hold off for another few days?

Also, there is 100 items per month on ebay, is this a rolling month (from the first sale) or do they reset it at the first of every month, which is what i've previously read. Just want to make sure.

yes, 30usd per day are ok. wait till pp finished the first withdraw.
ebay reset the limits on every 1st 0:00 h
