Activity: 0% Longevity: 58% | | When uploading docs..?
With the photo I.D I should be uploading the front and back scan, all info visible correct?
But with the "Utility Bill" say for instance a landline telephone bill, is it possible for blank out information on there? Such as the previous calls, and account number?
Help is appreciated. Thanks,
Kel.

Thanks Kidtej,
I'm thinking more along the lines of is it acceptable to blank out the dialled phone numbers on the bill for privacy reasons?
And how much of the phone bill is needed - just the front cover, or all of it?

They don't look at that information.
As long as the name and address matches that's all that matters.
All you will do is arouse suspicion by blanking out information.

And say for instance you're sending in a bill that has multiple pages, do you need to send in every single page or will the first page with the name/address/account number do?

Utility bill should be from the Gas Board or Electric.
Phone bills can be rejected.

Why send invoices unless requested?
What are the reasons?

Activity: 30% Longevity: 85% | | Re: When uploading docs..? For Paypal:
Send Front DL or open passport along with utility bill page that shows your address.
If you are unlucky Paypal MIGHT also ask for Rear DL as well. Do not provide this unless asked. For Ebay:
Send Front DL AND Rear DL or open passport along with utility bill page that shows your address.
Mobile phone bills can be rejected as well as utility bills that give the name as "Mr J Smith" instead of "Mr John Smith". It very much depends on the competence / mood of the Paypal rep that reviews them.
As above, do NOT block any information out.

I was answering the questions that the OP asked.
I personally upload docs but when need to I use eFax and sign up with a VCC loaded with £1. You sign up for a free 30 day trial but they have a tendency to ignore requests to cancel and try to charge the card (hence the VCC).
What exactly are you trying to do with regards to your account? Are you limited?

Update to this.
Docs sent in via upload.
How long can I expect to wait before hearing back from them? I've heard anything from 2-3 hours, 2-3 days, 2-3 weeks. I'm guessing it's 'time of the year' dependant.
@Klemantina - why wouldn't you just upload the documents via the button, or is it a quality control purpose for faxing?

I never tried the button, didnt see this option half year ago... can i upload as many documents as i want?

If the account is new, expect to wait about 4 weeks (this is what it currently is at the moment).
It's been this way for a couple of months now. Normally it is four days tops.

I prefer waiting to be asked rather than providing beforehand - but there are members who do give the info before being asked

I saw somewhere long time ago that providing documents before they ask will make it safer and faster, i just want to be sure. I guess i'll withdraw always around 500$ until i'll hit the verification.
