Learn to run stealth in one country first works too.

I do not know since when but this is now the rule.

Buying feedback is not a good idea anyway but will not solve your problem.

You have to have 10 feedbacks and 90 days account old from the first positive sale.

Managing an account in another country could be a solution but you will face other problems like: phone number, address. How do you plan to pass that.

In my opinion the easyest way is to build more than one account and make them "marinate" for 90 days. In the mean time sell stuff to gain the 10 feedbacks needed.
This is the way I made it.

I was thinking about a typical "antipasto" that I like very much (it's lunch time in here):

Marinated Fresh Anchovies (Alici Marinate) Recipe | Epicurious.com

...hmmm I do not suggest to "marinate" the accounts using vinegard, garlic and parsley but... it could be a nice try ;-)

This new rule sucks. I'll just run like 5-10 accounts patiently.
I wonder if any country have that limit? Because when i was selling in Israel i could list internationally without waiting. If its true, what will stop me from buying Israeli VPS? i got people that can buy me a phone and CC so is it a solution?
Same thing i can do with US,Canada and other country's if i can get the VBA,VCC,Phone?

Yes this rule applies to the UK to.

If you are in Australia and you create a Israel account (for example)
you will probably end up getting rubbish DSR for long shipping etc.. because you are so far away and ruin the account..

Yes I had this with a European account, Paypal and Ebay registered in same country.

Solution was to create Paypal in that country, then open Ebay on .com/uk and link.

why do you want to sell internationally? australia post prices is insane. probably will cost you $100 to post to another country.

i don't see profit margins being bigger selling internationally when you have to deal with australia post costs.

If you mean the CC verification then im verified. I just want to be sure if i should wait for paypal to ask me to provide documents for id verification or i should verify my id before they ask coz it will increase my chances for success.

Another question that nobody can asnwer for a couple of days. If i'll withdraw money at 500$ (leaving 25%), how mant withdraws i might reach before asked for document verification?

If my paypal document verification fails, my fund will be gone forever or just for 180 days?
