can one own multiple accounts legally?

I am planning to create a stealth account , but I think I will have problem creating a paypal account, can anyone here shed me some light whether I could use my unbanned paypal for my new eBay Stealth account.

You cant use your old paypal for your new ebay account. Just read more and use the search to learn how to create a stealth account the right way.

the old paypal were linked to your old ebay info... if you open new ebay on a new info and link your paypal, they will see that it doesnt match. Only if the info on paypal were not used for ebay then u may open ebay with same info.

@OP, you cant use ANY old info when doing the stealth account creation.

If that paypal was used with the banned account, it is now linked.

If you can create an eBay account, you should be able to create a PayPal too.

It's probably best to create a new eBay/PayPal account. Even if your PayPal account survived, it's most likely linked to other accounts that are limited/suspended.
