No, Paypal doesn't normally have access to your bank details. It is correct to open a bank account in your real name and attach it to your stealth paypal for withdraw.
I leave to other members to give you their opinion on the bank you have chosen. There could be the problem thath the bank will decline your withdraw for because of mismatched name.

Real ID must always be used to open a bank account.
B of A is accepted as a bank suitable for stealth.

But Ill say just briefly, I was told by Paypal just today that Paypal does in fact call banks to verify the name of the account holder. Is that necessarily true? Im not sure Ive decided but thats what the guy in the limitations dept said...
