Anyone has verified a french paypal in the past month,if so what did the use as most members in europe getting limited straight after adding the vcc.

I tried a French PP to link to another country eBay and used a VCC to verify and it worked fine....just didn't give me the result on the eBay I expected (another story...)

Thanks for answer so for the french PP you use a french address i guess,but the main question the problem im seeing right now is verifying french pp even if it hasn't link to ebay as soon as i attached the vcc it goes to limit asking for so much documents.

Im guessing its no longer possible for europe PP anymore cause we will end up being limited.

With Paypal in France, you have to use VCC / Prepaid Card which issued from France, if you use a VCC/ Prepaid Card not in France, even you send them the document for verifying, your account couldn't restore.
