Default Restricted SNP is alowed to sell with 2'nd account?

When a seller gets a seller non performance suspention, are they alowed to sell from another account they have?

In the ebay forums many said you ARE, as ebay only resticted you from "selling on this account". But you can use the other account, and keep an eye on the first, and come back if it's reopned for business.

When ebay SUSPENDS an account (for VERO etc.) they specifically write you are not alowed to open or sell from any new account. With SNP they DO NOT state that...

Is that correct?

When people here use multiple accounts, they are usually created using totally different contact information than any of the other accounts. So, eBay does not know it's the same user.
Some people move from account to account, stiffing eBay for their fees as they go along.

That answer is not relevant to the question asked. The OP wants to know if you can use your second account to sell from while under a SNP limitation of another account. Issues here are getting too confused with off-topic answers.

For me, I would concentrate on fixing the SNP and try to leave the other account alone. I am basing that on trying to be able to KEEP
two accounts going.

Sorry. I thought the OP was misunderstanding how people could get away with using multiple accounts.

GreenBean is right, as far as what my question was: Why start with a new PP account, with all the hassle?

In the ebay forums alot believe that you are restricted from SELLING on THAT account only. However, should I risk being booted off the account I build up for so many years? and who will I have to blame if that happens...?

Yes, you can still sell on the other accounts.... I am in the same boat and I have confirmed this with my top seller account manager. Regarding the restricted account.. does anyone know what the threshold is for DSR's so that they will suspend your restriced account for sure? I can not find the answer to this anywhere. I heard 4.5 on all DSR's but this does not seem fair.
