Sue Ebay to get account

Does anybody know about threatening to sue ebay to get account back? I have a friend that was discriminated against and suspended for SNP even though he had only one neutral (out of 100fb's)... does anybody know if he had a letter sent to ebay legal from his lawyer if this would help his status?

actually, I am in the process of looking for a lawyer to start a suit against ebay. My case is legitimate since I have done nothing wrong but to have my name linked up to my brother's account. His company basically made this whole situation for me in turn for the worse.


If you do have a lawyer, let me know, i may want to join this in to a class-action lawsuit if it even works.

thenewb, How much are you willing to spend on legal fees?
Why not simply create a new "stealth" account and start screwing eBay out of their fees.
