Default eB's Site Seems.... "off."

So for the last few days eB's site hasn't been working properly. I go to print shipping and the button just goes gray and the browser doesn't respond. I have to hit links or refresh multiple times before anything works.

Anyone else having this issue?

They really need to get their act together.

This is affecting a ton of sellers and their 'defects' due to site 'glitches'...

Being punished for ebays incompetence is not right.

They really punish too many sellers without their guilt. It's awful!

I'm dealing with some of these glitches as well. If it is really preventing you from getting your package out on time, maybe print a label out on stamps.com or something and upload tracking to ebay?

My Eb has been slow, and I have had the grayed out shipping buttons too.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the string of 0/0. Ebay's website down last week for 5 hours, shipping buttons grayed out, messages in the center screen asking for lifting withdraw limits even though you withdrew like 60 bucks for for the month. I hope the string of 0/0 is part of these temporary problems.

Wow i might just give up on listing today. Maybe this is their newest method of deterring stealth users with 100's of accounts?

But if you're stealthing, they're not supposed to know you have 100s of accounts.

They don't need to know. They just slow everyone's page down upon first loading and it will only effect everyone for 1-2 minutes... or the stealther it will effect for 100-200 minutes

Have you tried a different browser?

Recently not sure what it was, but something caused a delay in shipments on ebay UK, they sent out emails letting sellers know they will remove any defect rates etc. caused by their downtime or something... not sure about ebay.us, but ebay.uk seems to be doing ok...

Another annoying glitch which happens 30% of the time is when you try to revise an item, it doesnt let you! When you try to submit a big red message pops up to do with the 'keep buyers anonymous' option.

Theres no way to change it so you just have to leave it and try again later.

Was told on the phone yesterday that they have just changed to a new system. They even took over an hour to answer my call because not many people know how to work it as yet and there are a few problems.

You will find it under *add & remove options* near the payment section on your listing

Nope, looked under add or remove everywhere...there is a new add or remove dialog that opens where on the left you have different categories and on the right you can select what to add or remove, but nothing offering anonymity.

Weird...
