aspkin , Again I thank you.. I have a couple more questions for you what is a virtual account, and How do I withdrawl money from this account.. ??? I have had some past problems and they do have me on Chex Systems so I can not open up a new account.. The only thing I know of is a Visa/Mastercard by Greendot which will conect you to a checking account for direct deposit, but they have to mail you this card and if I use a bogus address This wont work..
I wish you were here to do this for me.. Anyway my IP address changes All the time I have a DSL Line and I called AT&T about it, But then there is the phone number issue to put on Paypal which if I put my phone number they will connect the two accounts...
