Opening excess bank accounts (UK ONLY)

Out of curiosity, has anyone had any implications when opening a uk bank account and then closing it multiple times? I mean lets say I open 3, use it to verify 3 paypal accounts, 3 accounts some years later get suspended, I close 3 bank accounts, open more bank accounts - would this sequence of events cause issues?

If yes, any alternative to opening accounts (and yes, talking about all sorts of accounts including current and savings)...

Also are some bank stricter than others, care to list the lenient ones?

Nothing wrong with closing bank account when it is no longer needed.

Just do not open a bank account, use it for a week, close it then try to open another bank account with the same bank time and time again. That will cause you issues.

Spread your accounts around the banks too. There are loads to choose from.

And dont try and open them all at once.
