New accounts and their limits

from a user who posted a step by step
on how he got past the new 0-0 on all new accounts.

I feel like it was very useful.. but so useful that it was taken down?
Is this being kept from us lol

The 0-0 limit is getting very bad.
Also, paypal no longer asking for the 1.95 deposit from my vcc :/

Ebay has tightened their reigns of (in)justice significantly.

There was some recent discussion about the PayPal 1.95 trick, and it involves having the correct direct link.
