Have anyone added money to paypal using paypal card?

I saw this paypal card at Walgreen that states that you can add money to

paypal using it. Please have anyone used it, and if so, do they ask for ssn like

greendot moneypak. Please what are the pros and cons? I want to refund a

customer and that seems like the best option for me right now. Thank you in
