Default Choosing products strategy

So i've been thinking what if I choose an seller which has great high demand ok margins of products and I buy from wholesaler same items. I copy his titles, pictures, I copy his description and i set slightly lower price.

Would it work? Would i at least take his 35% of the customers?

You will need to make your own listings, use your own pictures and own titles.

Impossible to say what % of their customers you may or may not take.

Pricing is not everything one eBay

You would probably be cheased by the original seller who will report you to eBay that will take down all your listings.

If the product is a "high risk item" consequences could be worst.

Do not copy text or pictures... use your own.

As james said, you cant just copy everything someone else has done. You'd have to take your own photos and write your own description.

But, yes if you can find the same suppliers there is nothing stopping you from competing.

I forgot to add. Its not always a wise strategy to adopt, simply undercutting your competitors. It can lead to 'the race to the bottom'

This is where you undercut them by £1 and take their sales. So they undercut you by £1. Eventually you end up making no profit and you have a worthless product.

Copying other people's work can lead to complaints ...and suspension of your account
