Unpredictable, most likely no but doesn't hurt to check every couple months.

I called twice just to see what would happen, the one time I was asked to send documents because no public records and the second time I got lucky and he said since I can't find u in public records I will start u off at 30/$1200

But from reading the forum the most common is u need to send in documents

So I just move on and don't waste time on these accounts

It seems like the 0/0 is as random as limit raises

I agree with Dmshark, if its 0 sell, then i just destroy it. Lately i had a lot of 0sell for new accounts. I even tried old aged accounts that i had around for a year. A lot of people said here on forums that it could be a phone. I always used Virgin mobile, never had this problem, lately somewhere like in July it started non stop.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to call

Yesterday I called on a paypal that was recently limited, and they were about to pull questions from public record until I told them I paid a company to remove my info from all public record databases.

the girl immediately said "oh ok, from the looks of it, your logins look fine, so I'm lifting the limit"

so it may be worth it... depends on how much you spent on the supplies used to create the account.

Ive noticed when creating my accounts if you have good search history, watch history, bid history it kind of avoids 0 limits. When I didnt have this history doesnt matter how old it will crap out. Also using the same IP consistently works.

That is a standard bit of advice though to have a user account and cookies.

People should avoid deleting cookies.

Eating them is better.

That is why separate user accounts per eb/pp combo is a good move.

Are you getting such 0/0 accounts?

agreed, the 0/0 limits started awhile ago and I have not read a single report about the limits being increased.

calling may work, but the amount of time is not worth it IMO
