So I suppose eBay wants me to answer some question's from public records to confirm my identity. I was curious as to what I should be expecting to get asked and if I don't get the answer's right the first time is there a limit on which I could retake the questionnaire?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Yes, you can retake the public record question again, have done so myself.
Questions are usually about, where you used to live and if you had a car, they might ask about that as well, usually they ask if your associated with a company too
I think it might have changed though. For all my new accounts ebay stops giving you the option after my first failed try. But then again you have nothing to lose.
