This policy change has been known for a while now.
I've not heard any stories of it affecting sellers yet. One annoying point is that it is displayed in clear writing on the ebay purchase page across the bottom. So once buyers catch on some will start to use it.
ebay is really for big sellers who buy big, sell, and make a chunky profit and who can afford to have odd customers scamming them because overall their making their money back.
If your the completely opposite, chances are you will struggle on ebay. People will rip you off left, right and centre and your end of the month balance sheet will have negatives all over.
ebay is a marketplace, but not for everyone.

Paypal changes disputes from 45 days to 180?? What the @@@k!! Now if someone wants to send an item back after 6 months they can now do so?
Like everyone else I was outraged in the beginning but then I figured out that the idiots who'll use 180 day limits to scam you would still do it for 45 days. Actual increase in scamming I figure will be not as bad as feared.
People have said it on here and I think they're right...
A lot of it comes down to what your prices are and what your selling! We all get bad customers like ANY business does. Some get more than others.
