Had to verify phone number to withdraw money
I went to withdraw money from my account, something I do a couple of times a week. However, this time I got a message that said that the computer I was using wasn't recognized (it's the same one I always use) and I had to verify by getting a call to my phone number before I could process the withdrawal. I had to go in and change my phone number because I got a new phone since I had verified it the first time, but once I did I was able to get a call from PP and used the pin and completed the verification. Anyway, do I have anything to worry about or is this just something that they do from time to time? This is actually the first time I've been asked to verify anything since I set up the account, which was a couple of years ago.
