Adding a bank account to a foreign stealth Paypal?

Hi There,

I live in Pakistan and I was planning on buying a US stealth Paypal account. My only problem is eventually withdrawing the money. Since I am in Pakistan and the account is US I can't open a bank account.

Paypal is bringing down the ban hammer on all those using Payoneer VBA so in my opinion VBA's aren't safe anymore and you do require an actual bank account in the long term..

Any way around this problem? I would prefer if I can create an actual bank account.

Payoneer and VBA are different.

Check payoneer further.

I tried to add the payoneer bank account just las week. I got the message "you can't add a bank account this time" or something like that.

Well, Thailand is where I am and where I opened and manage the paypal account.
The payoneer bank account is Bank of America as you probably know.

Yes, GreenBean I am aware that payoneer andd VBA's are different but payoneer offers a US payment service which is essentially a VBA. They give you the routing numbers and what not.

Till now, it had been working good but recently they have started rejecting payoneer. According to a representative:

Based from the routing and the account number that you sent us and it clearly shows that it is a Payoneer account.

I am sorry to inform you that PayPal no longer accepts Payoneer accounts to be added on any PayPal account. This is because the Payoneer account is not a bank account and therefore you would not be able to add it to your PayPal account. (Section 14. (Disclaimers), “The US Payment Service is not a bank account in the United States and funds received on your behalf are not FDIC-insured.”) as per the Payoneer US Payment Service Terms and Conditions.

My main question to everybody using a VBA is: Are VBA's still working? Do you really have to attach an actual account or can your paypal go on without using an actual account?

VBAs are still working of course, but only for verification purposes. There has never been a time when you can withdraw to a VBA in the US.

That has never been the correct method to use payoneer regardless of country of origin

VBAs still work but you cant withdraw to them so...sooner or later, real bank account is needed for withdrawal

I also have a buch of friends in pakistan that are looking forward to use paypal.
Did anybody find a solution for withdrawals from paypal?
