Smile Sending a complaint letter to CA Attorney general and BBB might help

I'm a powerseller with a 99.8 percent feedback, On July 12, I received an email from ebay stating that I can still list my items but my selling limit has been reduced by 25%. Eventhough, it stated that I can still list my items, when I try to list, it will always say I cant due to my seller restrictions. I have emailed Ebay several times but never received any response. On July 18, I emailed my complaint to BBB and California Attorney General . I was so surprised on Ebay's fast response when a complaint is geared to a third party. I got a reply from Ebay through BBB that upon careful inspection of my account they have lifted my restrictions, and an hour later, I received an email from Ebay about the lifting my limitations. If your account has restrictions, or has been suspended try to email your concerns to BBB and CA attorney general. It might help speed up the process, well at least based on my experience..

OK, Good for you but something seems a little off with this....
If you are a powerseller, Why were you emailing them? Don't you have that special 1-800 # that powersellers get???? Just Curious.

Hi Feebay Balling, I do not care if you dont believe me being a PW, I just posted an option for suspended sellers to try based on my experience. Most of us who are in these forums are either suspended or have restricted accounts. of course the first thing I did is call the 1800 number provided for PS, and of course they cannot offer an explanation why they have restricted my account. I have emailed as well, but no response until I wrote BBB and CA attorney general. Have you watched the news about the other Powerseller selling jeans? She did everything , called, emailed but nver got a response from Ebay until she contacted the network who aired her complaint and voila! they responded her email and lifted her suspension. My paypal account has also been limited before and did the same thing, sent emails to BBB and CA attorney general. I found that they respond faster. What I posted is just a suggestion, you will not lose anything if you try

gettingback,

Good job for contacting BBB. alot of people said back and complain about ebay and paypal but wont take any sort of action. I remember I had a layer who said there firm would take on Paypal if they get enough people to sign. I posted it on PayPalSucks.com is where you will learn about the PayPal Class Action Lawsuit, Abuse, Fraud & evil behind the PayPal system!, funny how hundreds of people viewed the post but only a fraction actually signed it.

But anyway I guess Bank Of America got sued and lost. They sent me a notice today saying I was entitled to hundreds of dollars for their wrongdoing of business practices. !
