Sending a complaint letter to CA Attorney general and BBB might help
I'm a powerseller with a 99.8 percent feedback, On July 12, I received an email from ebay stating that I can still list my items but my selling limit has been reduced by 25%. Eventhough, it stated that I can still list my items, when I try to list, it will always say I cant due to my seller restrictions. I have emailed Ebay several times but never received any response. On July 18, I emailed my complaint to BBB and California Attorney General . I was so surprised on Ebay's fast response when a complaint is geared to a third party. I got a reply from Ebay through BBB that upon careful inspection of my account they have lifted my restrictions, and an hour later, I received an email from Ebay about the lifting my limitations. If your account has restrictions, or has been suspended try to email your concerns to BBB and CA attorney general. It might help speed up the process, well at least based on my experience..
